As a creator, artist, and business owner, my mission for Happy Rugs has always been to make my customers, clients, and supporters happy with high quality, artistic tufted pieces. My vision is to bring innovation to home decor/tufted art and inspire others to express themselves through handmade products.

Hi, my name is Madeline Ronzoni I am 22 years old and I grew up in the south-shore suburbs of Boston, Massachusetts. I've always had a passion for the creative arts since childhood. During high school I created two creative enterprises including a makeup artist business where I provided makeup services for dance competitions and proms, as well as a portrait photography business called, Madeline Rose Photography . I ultimately took my love of business, entrepreneurship, and creativity to Bentley University, a private university focused on business, where I studied Marketing. Struggling to find an internship during the pandemic and in need of real life work experience, I decided to create Happy Rugs at the beginning of my senior year. This allowed me to share my love of art and tufting with the world while putting my marketing skills to the test. I happily worked to juggle school and grow a successful business, all while keeping my 400,000+ social media followers engaged and entertained through tufting videos on TikTok. I received my Degree of Bachelors Of Science in Marketing in the spring of 2021.

Named after my late Grandfather, Poppy is the brand mark that represents Happy Rugs and the goal that I aim to achieve, a smile on everyone's face. Poppy the Smiley does not have a gender.
